Job DescriptionDirector of Case Management

Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | No Weekends
Shift Structure: 7–10 hour administrative shifts

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $117,423 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5%

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Director of Case Management for an exciting job in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Clinical Leadership

  • Direct and evaluate all Case Management operations, including staffing models, FTE utilization, onboarding, competencies, and workflow optimization

  • Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning across the hospital

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and standard operating procedures

Performance Improvement & Throughput

  • Analyze operational and clinical data to improve length of stay, patient throughput, and resource utilization

  • Lead sustainable performance improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies

  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with executive leadership, including the CMO, CNO, CFO, and ancillary department leaders

  • Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and regulatory alignment

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Case Management team of approximately 30 FTEs

  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth

  • Drive leadership development and succession planning within the department

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration – Preferred

  • Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license – Required

  • Minimum 3 years of recent acute care hospital Case Management experience – Required

  • Minimum 2 years of Case Management leadership experience – Required

Note: The organization is open to a strong LCSW leader from a large acute care hospital environment with demonstrated Director-level capability.
