Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is sought for a maternity leave contract within an educational setting in Mount Carmel, IL. This onsite role focuses on delivering speech therapy services primarily to students from grades 3 through 6, with occasional cases in middle and high school levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
Collaborate with school personnel to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
Engage in telespeech services as needed to supplement onsite therapy.

Qualifications:

Valid SLP license and current CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in grades 3-6.
Ability to deliver therapy both in person and via telepractice.
Strong communication skills and adaptability in a school environment.
Availability to work onsite three days per week, any combination of days between May 4th and May 27th.
Commitment to session hours from 7:40 AM to 3:10 PM.
