ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I have a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life.
I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Brown - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
