Job DescriptionDescriptionTeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support a Federal government client in Washington, DC at a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role provides comprehensive project management support for facilities construction, alteration, sustainment, and infrastructure initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, budget controls, and schedule requirements while supporting mission-critical real property operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide Acquisition Support, including assistance with procurement planning, requirements documentation (SOW/PWS/PRD), market research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and analysis of alternatives
  • Support Funding Management & Budget activities, including tracking funding actions, managing financial data in SAP, submitting Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs), and updating project costs in TRIRIGA (or replacement systems)
  • Support Facility Operations Management by monitoring maintenance activities, assisting in repair solution development, and ensuring compliance with permits and warranties
  • Oversee every phase of facilities construction and alteration projects from initiation through closeout
  • Develop and validate project requirements in coordination with end users and servicing agencies (e.g., USACE, GSA, FAA)
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, scope, budget, and performance metrics
  • Conduct site visits and prepare construction progress reports, documenting alterations, construction quality, and adherence to specifications
  • Support Quality Assurance planning and implementation, including performance metrics, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and monthly quality audits
  • Conduct risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and monthly reporting
  • Prepare and manage configuration control documentation and track change requests
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained in systems of record including SharePoint, SAP, TRIRIGA, and WMS
  • Support project closeout activities, including consolidation of as-builts, O&M manuals, equipment lists, and final documentation
  • Develop reports and briefings for senior leadership and support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting requirements
