Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day (4x10-Hour Shifts)
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Orientation: 16 Hours

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with strong experience in emergency and trauma settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing general diagnostic imaging, including pediatric and neonatal cases, in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general X-ray imaging, including emergency department (ED) exams, trauma cases, and reductions

• Conduct pediatric and neonatal imaging procedures, including NICU cases

• Complete portable X-rays in various units and patient floors

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment efficiently and safely

• Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to patient safety protocols

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses

• Maintain proper documentation and comply with all regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Level 1 Trauma settings

• Experience working with NICU/Neonatal patients

• Strong knowledge of general radiography procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Equipment & Systems:

• Shimadzu Rad-Speed

• Shimadzu Mobile Art MX8

• AGFA DXD 100

• Orthoscan Mini C-Arm

Certifications & Licensure:

• ARRT Certification (required)

• Active Ohio State Radiologic Technologist License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available for holiday coverage

• Call duties may be required for local candidates

• COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)

• No block scheduling

• Fast-paced emergency and inpatient care environment

• Scrub Color: Navy
