CGS is searching for an experienced Enlisted Senior Trainer (EST) to support the Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at Camp Dodge, Iowa.

This position requires US citizenship and active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

Essential Duties:

• Served as a BDE and or above Operation SGM
• Responsible for advising, mentoring and coordinating ARNG Units in Training Management, MDMP and MC
• Assist in the planning and executing of individual through collective multi-echelon

Requirements:

• Possess previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience. Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree level education
• Graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course and completion of the Sergeants Major Academy
• United States citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Division Level ESTs must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

Working Conditions: Remote position

Required Travel: Minimal

Contract Length: More than 1 year
