Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct and/or suppport risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, and compliance inspections
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance HSE training materials
• Maintain accurate records and reports in alignment with internal and external HSE requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
• Manage and update documentation via Microsoft SharePoint and other digital platforms
• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and drafting presentations.
• Monitor performance metrics and support the implementation of corrective/preventive actions
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field and/or 3+ years of relevant experience in an HSE role, preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarization with HSE regulatory frameworks and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for document control and collaboration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams
