Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active SLP license in the state of Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-12th grades
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
- Ability to conduct approximately 5-10 speech-language evaluations annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred throughout the year
- Develop tailored assessment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
- Document findings, prepare evaluation reports, and communicate recommendations with staff and families
- Consult with teachers and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and student success
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs across elementary, middle, and high school populations
