This role provides an opportunity to work across a diverse clinical spectrum, managing complex cases ranging from post-cardiac surgery and neurosurgical recovery to acute medical crises and surgical complications.

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Comprehensive Care:Manage life-sustaining interventions for a diverse patient population (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and Neuro). </li>
<li>Advanced Monitoring:Monitor and titrate vasoactive drips, manage mechanical ventilation, and provide continuous hemodynamic monitoring. </li>
<li>Rapid Response:Recognize and respond to subtle changes in patient status within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. </li>
<li>Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration:Partner with intensivists and specialists to execute complex care plans for critically ill patients. </li>
</ul>
Requirements &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience:Minimum of 2year of recent clinical experience in a Critical Care (ICU) environment. </li>
<li>Licensure:Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. </li>
<li>Certifications:

</li>
<li>BLS:Basic Life Support (AHA). </li>
<li>ACLS:Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA). </li>
