Certified Nursing Assistant - Resorts at Pooler

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and healthcare providers

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to ensure resident safety

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously assess and improve patient care

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia

High school diploma or equivalent required

Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with proper technique

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
