Chortek is recruiting on behalf of Atlas Gaskets, a growing custom manufacturing company, for an Account Executive / Customer Service professional to support customer orders from inquiry through production.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, team-oriented manufacturing environment and enjoys working directly with customers, production, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and manage customer orders in an ERP system
- Review customer specs, drawings, and requirements for accuracy
- Serve as a main contact for customers (quotes, order status, inquiries)
- Coordinate with production to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
- Assist with quoting custom gasket and seal solutions
- Perform material yield and quantity calculations
- Interpret basic drawings and specifications
Future growth includes opportunities in purchasing and vendor coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in inside sales, order entry, or similar (manufacturing)
- ERP system experience (preferred)
- Strong math, communication, and attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
