SUMMARY:

The Senior Relationship Manager will provide direct support to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI’s), Intelligence Branch (IB), Office of Private Sector (OPS) overseeing a mix of program management, information technology and intelligence duties for: 1) the National Strategic Partnership and Coordination Unit; 2) Executive Liaison, Strategy, and Communications Unit; and 3) the Information Sharing and Analysis Unit.

OPS is responsible for engaging strategically important private sector entities within the United States. Its goal is to increase security by enhancing communications and promoting the timely and effective exchange of security information and intelligence among its private sector constituents.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year + Four (4) One (1) Year Options

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: FBI HQ onsite in Washington DC

CLEARANCE: Top Secret

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (years of experience/certifications(s)/specialized experience):

Contractor’s qualification will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working at the highest levels of government organizations or private sector corporations (Capitol Hill, Pentagon, DHS, etc.)
  • Experience providing expertise and customer service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis, recommendation to customers, and executive-level briefings.
  • Demonstration of political savvy, ability to navigate difficult conversations, and clear understanding of information boundaries.
  • Experience working independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for specific groups of internal and external partners.
  • Build knowledge of government and private sector processes.
  • Appropriately direct partner questions or concerns to proper POCs.
  • Identify and anticipate potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with management to message and/or address issues that arise.
  • Partners with other units to draft executive and high-profile materials, communications, products, etc.
  • Gather and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys.
  • Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback.
  • Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals.
  • Attend and support executive and high-profile in-person events and webinars. Brief senior leaders and executives on program status.
  • Draft professional, polished, and effective written messaging to internal and external stakeholders.

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Contractor’s normal workday will typically be eight work hours a day plus a mandatory thirty-minute lunch within the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Core work hours are 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Flexibility within the normal workday shall be coordinated with FBI management and the COR.
