Ideal candidate:

<li>Active NYS Physical Therapy licensure</li>
<li>One year of physical therapy experience is preferred</li>
<li>New graduates are welcome to apply</li>
<li>Previous homecare experience and/or acute care or rehab experience is a plus</li>
<li>Oasis knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Home Care Home Base knowledge a plus</li>
<li>Part A or Part B experience is a plus</li>
