Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Typing / Office Clerk para apoyar en labores administrativas, con enfoque en la transcripción y digitación de estudios de títulos de propiedad. La persona seleccionada será responsable de manejar información con precisión y confidencialidad, apoyando las operaciones diarias de la oficina.
Responsabilidades principales:
· Realizar typing y data entry de estudios de títulos de propiedad.
· Manejar documentos de forma organizada y precisa.
· Utilizar herramientas de Microsoft Office para la preparación y manejo de documentos.
· Apoyar en tareas administrativas generales según sea requerido.
Requisitos:
· Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Bilingüe (español e inglés).
· Experiencia en data entry, typing o funciones administrativas similares (preferible).
· Experiencia trabajando en firmas legales o de títulos de propiedad (preferible).
· Atención al detalle y habilidad para trabajar con información confidencial.
Salario: $11.50 por hora
Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:30am a 5:30pm
