Job Description-Position: Restoration Client Services Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: In-Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Flexible schedule required; shifts may occur between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekends and holidays.

We are currently hiring a full-time Water Damage Restoration Coordinator to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during emergencies, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, professional customer service to homeowners in distress

Answer incoming calls and help educate clients on the restoration process

Dispatch technicians to new jobs and manage active job schedules

Coordinate and adjust daily schedules for field technicians

Work closely with the Mitigation Manager and Mitigation Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively

Build rapport with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the process

Support weekend shifts (8 AM – 5 PM) or participate in rotating shift schedules

Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or restoration is a plus, but not required
Qualifications / Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Coordinator is required, with a strong background in water mitigation and construction.

Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a professional, solution-oriented mindset.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.

Availability to work weekends (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is required, with flexibility for rotating shifts.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by emergency service needs. Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
