Job Description-Position: Restoration Client Services Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: In-Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Flexible schedule required; shifts may occur between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekends and holidays.

We are currently hiring a full-time Water Damage Restoration Coordinator to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during emergencies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, professional customer service to homeowners in distress

  • Answer incoming calls and help educate clients on the restoration process

  • Dispatch technicians to new jobs and manage active job schedules

  • Coordinate and adjust daily schedules for field technicians

  • Work closely with the Mitigation Manager and Mitigation Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Build rapport with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the process

  • Support weekend shifts (8 AM – 5 PM) or participate in rotating shift schedules

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and strong desire to help others during challenging situations

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively

  • Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or restoration is a plus, but not required

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Coordinator is required, with a strong background in water mitigation and construction.

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a professional, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.

  • Availability to work weekends (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is required, with flexibility for rotating shifts.

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by emergency service needs. Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
