Job DescriptionPartTime Client Care & Reception Coordinator


Location: Tropicana or Fort Apache, Las Vegas
Schedule: 4-8 hrs/day, 35 days/week (MonFri)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonus

• Client-focused service: Ensure customers understand their coverage and stay protected
• Support role with impact: Assist licensed agents by gathering forms, sending reminders, and maintaining client relationships

Responsibilities

• Field calls and greet clients professionally
• Send renewal/payment reminders and process documentation
• Assist with support tasks and ensure clients coverage aligns with their needs
• Coordinate with the team to close gaps in protection

You Are

• Licensed in Property/Casualty Insurance (or willing to quickly obtain)
• Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable
• Comfortable with technology and communication
• Able to commit to consistent daily hours
