Job Description
If you have spent years building or running an agency, you know the grind. You also know what separates the agents who thrive from the ones who struggle. This role lets you put that experience to work on a much larger scale, helping other agency owners avoid common mistakes and build on proven strategies. It is a natural next step for a professional ready to step back from the day-to-day operations of a single agency to shape the success of an entire district. If you are driven by helping others increase their production and you do not mind rolling up your sleeves to make it happen, we want to hear from you.
Farmers Insurance District 44-14 is hiring an Agency Business Consultant to work directly alongside our District Manager, coaching and supporting a team of 28 agency owners across the southwest Greater Atlanta area.
We are seeking candidates with strong insurance industry experience who know exactly what it takes to run a successful agency. While direct Farmers experience is highly preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We are looking for driven professionals ready for a new chapter. This includes former agency owners, high-performing insurance staff, or experienced business coaches ready to trade running their own daily operations for helping other agents scale theirs.
If you already know the Farmers systems and culture, you have a definite head start on this role. However, a proven ability to coach teams, drive production, and execute strategy matters most. You will be the steady, organized presence our agents count on to help them grow.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable pulling apart performance data and turning it into a concrete, executable plan of action.
Communication: A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with agency owners of different styles and experience levels.
Time Management: Highly organized. You must be able to juggle a full calendar of agency visits, follow-ups, and reporting deadlines without letting anything slip.
Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Ideal Traits.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, though relevant industry experience will be weighed heavily.
Location: Georgia residency required. This is a hybrid role with regular time in the district office and travel to agencies as needed.
