About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team. This role blends client account management with proactive business development, offering an excellent foundation for a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue growth.

Ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates, this position provides hands-on exposure to client engagement, consultative selling, and expansion of enterprise accounts within the IT staffing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within current accounts

  • Drive new business development through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to deliver high-quality talent solutions

  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity

  • Consistently work toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)

  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey
