Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are a small company, located in Lakewood and are looking for a permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. We have been in business serving Colorado for over 40 years. We need a friendly, responsible, reliable, efficient, experienced professional to begin immediately. The position is a permanent, full-time role, in an office. Flexible starting and ending hours Monday through Friday. IE: 8 – 5, with an hour lunch or 7:30- 4, with a 30 min lunch. Please don’t apply if you are more than 30 minutes away from Lakewood.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- General Office duties; working with clients, maintaining the office calendar, answering phones, tracking paperwork for compliance, pulling client paperwork for advisors, in and outgoing mail, cloud filing, etc.
- Help with event planning and client appreciation
- Typing and editing correspondence to clients and our newsletters or seminar material
- Assisting with our marketing projects (client events, seminars)
Required skills and attributes:
- The ability to self-direct and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and have reliable transportation
- Utmost respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Positive, professional attitude, this position is the face and voice of our office.
- Proficient computer, technology, and social media skills, including excel, adobe acrobat and word
