Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule & Shift Details:

37.5 hours per week

12.5-hour shifts | 3 days per week

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Every other weekend required

1-hour unpaid meal break
Compensation:

Local Rate: $2,380.50 per week

Travel Rate: $2,794.00 per week
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing services in an ICU setting

Perform and assist with conscious sedation procedures
-
Initiate and manage IV insertions and phlebotomy
-
Continuously monitor and assess critically ill patients
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
-
Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
-
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU / Critical Care nursing experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with conscious sedation
-
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience
-
Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification via NYSED required)

Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications
