Robert Half is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing travel reservations and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer reservation requests, ensuring they align with client travel policies and typically involve 1-10 room nights.
• Reserve accommodations based on client guidelines, including budget, amenities, mileage, and preferences.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and meet deadlines for reservation requests.
• Utilize critical thinking to identify hotel options that balance client needs and financial objectives.
• Accurately input reservation details and updates into the system.
• Apply knowledge of hotel industry trends and regional markets to deliver tailored options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues related to changes, extensions, or cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and recommend hotel options that align with client preferences.
• Maintain a high level of service by anticipating and addressing client needs.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and enhance skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining high accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client relations.
• Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and hotel booking processes.
• Problem-solving skills to address client and reservation challenges.
