Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation of Government Ministers and the Consul General to / from desired locations
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle
- Loading of Luggage
- Delivery of Mail, Collection of Supplies and Packages
- Bank Deposits as directed by the Authorized Representative or the Accountant
- Ensure regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, servicing and cleaning are completed
- Report any technical maintenance and/or accidents to the Office Manager and the Authorized Representative
- Adherence to Traffic Laws and Internal Policies on the use and operation of the Consulate’s vehicles
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum Two (2) Years Chauffeur Experience
- High Level of Confidentiality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Chauffeur Driving Certificate with Valid Driver’s License
- Legal Right to work in the United States
- Written and Verbal Communication in English
- Strong Navigational and Interpersonal Skills
- Flexibility to work Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
- Demonstrate High Levels of Discretion, Integrity and Reliability
