Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within an elementary school setting in Collegedale, TN. This onsite contract position offers 37.5 hours per week working primarily with elementary school age groups, focusing on pediatric speech-language therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Tennessee state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time during scheduled hours
