Your Role
- Master the production of metal closures
- Lead union staff to achieve excellence in product quality, safety, and compliance
- Implement and follow safety and productivity procedures
- Utilize and teach principles of SPC and quality tools
- Encourage and mentor staff, enforce standards, and promote effective communication

Qualifications
- Prior supervisory manufacturing experience
- Experience in a union environment preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
