Our client, a property management company in State College is looking for a full time Rental Customer Service Representative.
- Qualifying skills should include customer service, multi-tasking, communication, time management, typing, organization, and computer skills. Some basic accounting experience is a plus as this person will accept payments and discuss rental amounts with tenants and applicants. This candidate will support the president and VP as needed with administrative functions. Ability to stay focused on tasks is very important, must possess excellent communication skills.
* HS Diploma, good math skills, excellent communication and customer service skills. 3+ years working in an office environment required.
