The Bridge Group is looking for a dedicated Loan Officer Partner to work directly alongside our real estate team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven loan officer who wants consistent opportunity flow while focusing on strengthening agent relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The right fit is confident in conversations, quick to follow up, and committed to building trust with both clients and agents. The Bridge Group and this position will be partnered with Responsive Mortgage, a Division of Gold Star Mortgage.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
- Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
- Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
Qualifications:
- Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
- Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
