Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Colorado. This full-time role allows you to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on students communication and academic success. Youll conduct evaluations, deliver therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff using a secure online platform.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions virtually to K12 students

• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and contribute to IEP development

• Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs

• Track progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support carryover of skills

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Ensure services comply with Colorado state, district, and federal requirements

What You Bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Colorado SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)

• School-based experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of IEP processes, compliance standards, and progress monitoring

• Comfort using teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
