We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented BILINGUAL Onboarding/HR Specialist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating smooth onboarding and recruiting processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional support and contributing to the success of new hires.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.

• Manage compliance with DOT and CDL regulations and company policies, including background checks and applicant screenings.

• Utilize SAP and other systems to maintain accurate records and streamline administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with corporate and executive recruiting teams to enhance the hiring experience.

• Provide support for fleet management operations, ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory standards.

• Serve as a resource for FMLA-related inquiries and processes, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

• Conduct prescreening and applicant evaluations to maintain high hiring standards.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support the HR team and onboarding procedures.

• Create and implement strategies to continuously improve onboarding efficiency and employee satisfaction.

• Proven experience in onboarding, corporate recruiting, or a related HR function.

• Familiarity with SAP systems and their application in administrative processes.

• Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and fleet management requirements.

• Experience with FMLA processes and related legal standards.

• Proficiency in conducting background checks, applicant screening, and prescreening.

• Bilingual
