About the Role:

Elite Recruiting & Consulting Services is hiring a dedicated CNA to support healthcare operations within a secure correctional facility in Allegheny County. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in jail or prison settings and be comfortable providing care to an incarcerated population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and basic observations

• Escort patients to medical appointments within the facility

• Communicate clearly with nursing staff and maintain accurate documentation

• Uphold safety and security protocols while delivering compassionate care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania

• 6+ months of experience in a correctional or behavioral health environment preferred

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage non-traditional patient behavior
