Summary
As a Service and Sales Technician at Weed Man, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the lawn care industry while developing essential sales and customer acquisition skills. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working outdoors, and have a knack for building customer relationships. Not only will you help improve lawn health, but you’ll also play a key role in growing our customer base by identifying service opportunities and educating homeowners on the benefits of our treatments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lawn care services, including fertilization and weed control.
- Educate homeowners on Weed Man’s services and special promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing concerns and highlighting additional services that can improve lawn health.
- Learn to operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect customer lawns to identify issues and proactively recommend tailored solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical expertise and sales techniques.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate service records and customer interactions to track potential upsell opportunities.
