Realty HQ is a dynamic real estate agency led by our dedicated owner/broker, Lesley Mascaro. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our agents and their clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Part-Time Administrative/Personal Assistant to support our owner and broker in various capacities. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and personal support to the owner/broker. This is a part-time position with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours based on performance and company growth.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.

Client Interaction: Assist with client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Real Estate Tasks: Support real estate transactions, including paperwork and coordination with clients and vendors.

Organizational Duties: Maintain files, track deadlines, and manage office supplies.

Personal Assistance: Handle various personal tasks as required by the executive team.

Manage and prioritize the owner’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Conduct research and compile information as requested.

Assist team members from time to time.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

Part-time, with flexibility in hours may be required based on the needs of the owner and broker.

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
