We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!
In this clinic-based role, you will assess and provide therapy for early intervention clients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, collaborating closely with families, clinicians, and insurance partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy in our clinic Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (one hour lunch breaks), with some sessions offered via Telehealth in the clinic or remotely from your home
- Develop individualized therapy and treatment plans for speech and language disorders
- Administer standardized assessments (PLS-5, CELF-5, CELF-P-3) to accurately assess communication disorders
- Establish clear treatment goals and measurable milestones
- Provide therapy using AAC devices and alternative communication strategies when appropriate
- Document and maintain therapy plans and progress reports in compliance with insurance requirements
- Communicate patient progress with families, insurance carriers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals
- Research and apply evidence-based practices related to speech and language development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in speech pathology or early intervention
- Experience working with AAC devices and alternative communication methods
- Familiarity with communication disorders
- Ability to work closely with families and as part of a collaborative team
- Energetic, engaging, and fun personality with a positive, patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
