CMIT is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our team! As an Account Coordinator, you will report to the Lead Account Manager and work with our Account Management Team to ensure our services meet the client's needs and look for additional ways that we can assist them. CMIT Solutions provides outsourced IT support and maintenance (managed services) to a wide array of businesses in the St. Louis Metro area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Preparing for Business Reviews with Account Managers
• Evaluating client technology and services
• Creating reports
• Cleaning up data
• Quoting and Sourcing: Research products and pricing through our approved sites and create quotes for client review.
• Assisting Account Managers with client projects
• Ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork practices
• Researching client satisfaction issues
• Maintaining client monthly reporting
• Assisting with client onboardings
• Miscellaneous office administrative tasks
