Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract paraprofessional opportunity is available at an elementary school in Minneapolis, MN, serving students from Monday through Friday with a schedule of 32.5 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch). The assignment runs from January 26, 2026, through June 5, 2026, supporting elementary caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional support to elementary students under the guidance of certified teachers
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision
- Support individualized learning plans and interventions as required
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be highly qualified under one of these criteria before submission:
Passing the Minnesota Para Educator Exam, or
Completion of at least 60 college credits accompanied by official transcripts (diplomas are not acceptable) - Experience or skills as a paraprofessional working with elementary students preferred
- Willingness to work at the specified Minneapolis location
Additional Details:
- After 120 days of contracting, the candidate will be offered a direct hire position with the school district
