Electrician - Manufacturing
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical theory, troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to read blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and high voltage circuitry.
- Perform wiring and installation tasks according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Conduct electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure safety and efficiency in electrical operations.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Electrical License is required, or in final stages of obtaining
- Proven experience in electrical installation and repair, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on PLC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with high voltage circuitry and electrical repair on machinery
- Early or mid shifts available
