Location: Southgate, KY
Shift: Day Shift | Rotating Saturdays
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

A respected pharmacy operation in Southgate, Kentucky is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join their fulfillment team. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire position with full-time hours and long-term potential.

About the Role:
As a Fulfillment Technician, youll work in both automated and manual dispensing environments. From preparing and packaging medications to operating pharmacy automation systems, your role will be essential to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily prescription fulfillment.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Hours:

• 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

• 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

• Days: Monday through Friday

• Saturdays: Rotating (typically the 4th or 5th Saturday of the month) from 9:00 AM 3:00 PM

  Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated dispensing equipment with precision and consistency

  • Manually prepare and label prescriptions

  • Perform thorough quality control checks on medications before distribution

  • Follow all internal protocols and compliance procedures

  • Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations

  Requirements:

  • Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacy Technician License

  • Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (retail or mail-order)

  • Strong attention to accuracy, especially in a high-volume environment

  • Ability to adapt between manual tasks and technology-based workflows
