KP Aviation, an international supplier and procurer of aftermarket aviation components and assets, is searching for the next key member of our team! The Warehouse Associate – Shipping role is responsible for the accurate preparation, handling, and shipment of aviation parts and materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, compliant, and damage-free shipments to customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
· Prepare, package, and ship aviation parts and materials in accordance with shipping requirements and company procedures
· Verify shipment contents against pick tickets, packing lists, and supporting documentation
· Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded
· Enter shipment data into inventory and tracking systems with a high level of accuracy
· Pull, stage, and consolidate material for outbound shipments
· Properly label, package, and secure parts to prevent damage during transit
· Coordinate with internal teams to meet shipment deadlines and customer requirements
· Maintain organized shipping areas, workstations, and staging locations
· Perform inventory counts and material reconciliation as directed
· Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assessments related to shipping activities
· Follow safety procedures and handling requirements for aviation material
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:
· Knowledge of basic warehouse and shipping processes
· Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and inventory databases
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
· Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and instructions
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations
· Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
