Job Details
• Performs therapeutic and diagnostic procedures providing quality images to radiologists and physicians for interpretation.

Job Requirements
• Must have current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
• Must have BLS certification (AHA).
• Must complete Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics within a year of start, updated yearly.
• Must provide documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer; no declinations accepted.
• Must complete Fit Test prior to start; updated annually.
• Must provide documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated.
• Must provide documentation of Positive PPD or Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire.
• Must provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of history; no declinations accepted.
• Must have valid Tdap vaccination within 10 years; no declinations accepted.
• Must provide Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
• Must provide Driver's License/State ID matching address requirements.
• Must complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Must complete Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually.
• Must complete 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Must provide verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
• Must provide Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
• Must complete Ascension Employment Verification including third-party employment verification for past seven years.

Schedule Information
• Shift time can vary: Between 7:00-8:00 start, 3:30-4:30 end time.
