About Us:

Since our incorporation in 1986, Flow Systems has been located near the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. We design, manufacture, and support flow testing and calibration with components and integrated test systems. From individual flow meters to complete test systems that can easily integrate with a client’s information systems, we produce a full range of flow measurement and control products. Within Flow Systems, we operate FSI Calibrations which is an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration lab providing a full suite of calibration services to customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our calibration services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably within a technical services organization, along with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of calibration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries and geographic regions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare and deliver quotes and service proposals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s calibration capabilities, accreditations (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025), and service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Accurately maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and customer communications.
  • Create and maintain prospect lists and cold call as needed to develop new leads
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a calibration/metrology/testing services field.
  • Knowledge of calibration standards, measurement science, and compliance regulations is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
  • High School Diploma or GED
