Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions while implementing suitable care plans.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Keep precise and comprehensive patient records.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and requires adaptability to a variety of clinical situations.
