Summary

We are searching for a Manufacturing

Engineer who will working with an innovative company to

optimize processes, elevate quality, and enable smooth new product launches.

Job Responsibility

• Streamline operations to cut cycle times, reduce waste, and boost throughput.
• Partner with R&D to translate designs into scalable, cost-effectivemanufacturing

processes.

• Implement rigorous procedures that meet IPC, MIL-STD, ISO, and AS standards, while solving issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Troubleshoot issues, clear bottlenecks, and help teams hit aggressive delivery schedules.
• Work with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure reliable performance.
• Keep process documentation, SOPs, and quality records airtight while delivering KPI reports to leadership.
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost savings across the board.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineer

• 6+ years of hands-on manufacturing

• Deep knowledge of IPC 610, MIL-STD-883/750/1580, ISO & AS standards, and ESD procedures
• Expertise with small-to-medium RF parts, components, and assemblies
• Skilled in operations such as soldering, die attach, epoxy attach, machining, plating, PCBAs, and more
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office, and SAP (ERP/MRP systems experience preferred)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills—backed by data, driven by logic
• Clear communicator, capable of collaborating acrossengineer
