Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students with diverse communication needs. Located in Lincoln, CA, this onsite role involves working with a caseload of approximately 55 students throughout the academic year. This is a contract position suited for dedicated professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
  • Provide direct therapy services in line with best practices and district guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Eligible candidates include fully licensed SLPs as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) speech-language pathologists.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations is preferred, but enthusiasm and a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology are highly valued.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
  • Onsite work availability is required.
