We are looking for energetic and skilled Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand and help expand our footprint in the Sacramento, Orange County, and Santa Barbara. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys building genuine relationships, and has a passion for the cannabis culture and industry. We value strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: *Applicant must have a car and live in Orange County, Santa Barbara, or Sacramento.

● Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling sessions at retailers, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.

● Visual Merchandising: Setup displays and visual merchandising across store network in the region.

● Event Participation: Actively participate in promotional events and activities, including pop-up shops, festivals, and other community events.

● Market Feedback: Collect and report feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.

● Performance Metrics: Track and report on engagement activities and their impact on brand awareness and sales growth, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, or a related field, preferably within the cannabis industry. Applicant must have a car and live in Orange County, Santa Barbara, or Sacramento.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.

● Strong understanding of the cannabis market, products, and consumer trends.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet goals and deadlines.

● Proficiency in social media and marketing tools.

● Willingness to travel within the region and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
