We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Planning Administrative Support to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient management and organization of inventory processes. The ideal candidate will excel in clerical tasks, data management, and vendor coordination while supporting operational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage supply chain operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit inventory data to identify and address inconsistencies.
• Create charts and graphs to present inventory trends and metrics.
• Handle inbound calls related to inventory inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Perform general clerical duties, including organizing documentation and updating records.
• Collaborate with team members to support inventory management projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and avoid shortages.
• Assist with the implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software, prefer Atlas Supply planning.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with auditing and data analysis.
• Ability to create visually effective charts and graphs.
• Excellent communication skills for answering inbound calls and vendor coordination.
• Background in clerical duties and organizational tasks.
• Knowledge of supply chain and vendor management practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory data.
