Pay starts 18$-23$ hour depending on previous experience. Flexible scheduling for part time and full time shifts.
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Providing mobility and transfer assistance when appropriate
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Providing medication reminders, as permitted by the client’s care plan and applicable regulations
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry related to the client
- Assisting with grocery shopping and errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities when assigned
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Observing changes in a client’s condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Following each client’s individualized care plan
- Maintaining client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Completing required documentation and communicating professionally with the care team
