A growing healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Queens.
About the Opportunity
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Hours: 8:30am to 5pm</li>
<li>Setting: Outpatient</li>
<li>Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day</li>
<li>EMR: eClinicalworks</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population</li>
<li>Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
<li>One of the following NYS licensures: FNP, ANP, and/or PA</li>
<li>Bilingual (English and Bengali)</li>
<li>Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills</li>
<li>Patient oriented</li>
<li>Great interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
</ul>
Desired Skills:
<ul>
<li>Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification </li>
</ul>
