Construction Project Superintendent
Bedway Development Corporation is seeking a project superintendent for a project in the Cincinnati area.
Bedway Development is a medium sized General contractor located in St Clairsville, OH. We are committed to providing a quality finished product for our long-time clients. Responsibilities for the position require:
1) Strong leadership and communication skills.
2) Minimum of five years experience in the role of project superintendent.
3) The ability to develop a realistic project schedule then follow that schedule until completion.
4) The ability to look ahead and plan accordingly for future needs and requirements from subcontractors and suppliers.
5) Ensure the project documents are being followed by all parties.
6) Provide a written daily record of project progress including photo documentation.
7) Daily quality control evaluations of work being put in place by subcontractors.
8) Schedule required inspections in a timely manner.
9) Build and maintain a relationship with all project personnel, ownership and inspecting authorities in order to ensure a successful project.
10) Direct reporting to the project manager.
11) Knowledge of the Procore platform is very helpful.
Compensation to include:
1) A generous salary package commensurate with experience.
2) Company fuel card and truck allowance
3) Mobile phone allowance.
4) After 3 months employment eligibility to enroll in Bedway Development’s health care program. Program includes company payment of 50% of the monthly premium.
5) Enrollment in Bedway Development’s Simple IRA program during the January enrollment period with a 3% contribution match.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,517.00 - $99,772.00 per year
