Solid Surface & Laminate Countertop Installer

Delorie Countertops & Doors is a fast-growing, well-established company seeking an experienced Solid Surface & Laminate Countertop Installer to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience installing solid surface acrylic and laminate countertops in both residential and commercial environments.

This position is available as full-time employment or subcontractor, depending on experience and preference.

Responsibilities

• Install solid surface acrylic and laminate countertops accurately and efficiently

• Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and work orders

• Perform on-site fabrication, scribing, seam work, sanding, and finishing as needed

• Properly handle, transport, and install materials to prevent damage

• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site cleanliness

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and installation standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing solid surface acrylic countertops

• Strong knowledge of all types of laminate countertops

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment

• Experience with seam setting, sanding, and finishing solid surface materials

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift and carry countertops and materials up to 75 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
