About the Opportunity
Newark Fire Sprinkler Corp is a rapidly growing fire protection contractor specializing in new construction, service, inspections, and tenant fit-outs across New Jersey. We're looking for a Construction Sales Estimator to join our team and play a key role in helping us win new work and scale our already strong project pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing
- Review drawings, specs, and bid documents
- Prepare takeoffs and develop accurate project estimates
- Submit competitive bids and proposals
- Follow up with clients to help win new work
- Build relationships with GCs, developers, and construction managers
- Track and manage multiple active bids
- Maintain CRM updates and pipeline visibility
- Support project handoff to operations once awarded
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction estimating or project support (fire protection a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Motivated, driven, and relationship-oriented
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Fire sprinkler or fire protection experience
- Familiarity with NFPA standards
- Experience with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, STACK, or Excel

Compensation
