Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate hospice clinical operations to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state of California (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice clinical experience (Preferred).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (Required).
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
